[Help]Random npc spawn keeping server from starting up. L2J

Server build: current L2jfree 1.1.4

A GM on my server spawned the npc 14865 while trying to spawn Cabrio, which caused to server to crash soon after. After attempting to restart the server I was given the error in the image that I attached.

Is there anyway I can delete the npc?

1) open database manager
2) select 'spawnlist' table
3) find 'ID' 14865
4) delete all rows with 'ID' 14865
