(Help) Range Triple Shot

ok im runnign of my own database and my own server files v13 unlocked besides a few ._..

anyways anyone got triple shot push back to work ? ive tried from 1 - 64 abd with value 0 -4069 and nothing seems to be push back....

if anyone can help yay this is the last skill i need to fix for rangers 100% accuracy piercing shot .
