[Help] RATES FOR MOBS (HP & Power) 4.3

Hello, I'm playing Aion offline and it would be awesome if the title feature worked, elite mobs are almost all the game and it's impossible to kill them alone, without Admin commands lol.

rates.properties file:

gameserver.rate.legendary.mobs.hp= 1.0

I tried changing 1.0 to 0.1 or 2.0 but nothing happened. Looked for some "Legendary" mobs in npc_templates. Only way to do it right now is manually adjust HP but there are 1192 legendary words and haven't counted "hero" or "elite"

yeah u can edit manual or replice all use notpad ++
