[Help]Running the server L2O

ahm..
can i have some help with running L2-OFF Interlude server?
i have downloaded this files:

and i'am working with 3 guides cause there is NO guide thad will explain how to run it..
all the guides is about chronicle1 and you can say "its the same" but its just NOT the same,
For example:
i need to download DBScript (the files is not containing this),
and when im download its all so weird cause i need "petition" SQL in and i dont have it in the DBScript i downloaded... but i have there "lin2user" so WTH???
and ahmm "L2Server-dll.exe" is totally not working - "its not valid Win32 application" - "L2npc.exe" = same problem..

some help with thad problems?

p.s i'am not so noob, so i need just little help, i have made L2J Servers, and i have RYL,RYL2 servers based on SQL2000 to... so even the minimal information about it will help..
