Ok first u know how to use l2encdec? i hope yes!!

Ok this htm(the second [this])is at client at l2text folder! k?

copy that at C:\

and copy there the l2encdec

then press start run and type cmd and press enter!
then at that type (cd c:\l2text) and enter
then type (l2encdec -s server_help.htm)
then at then end of the folder will apear a new htm file!!!
with name dec-server_help edit that to what ever u want
and the at cmd type (l2encdec -h 111 dec-server_help.htm)
then will apear a new file with name enc-dec-server_help
then rename it server_help and put it back to the client folder! l2text

So for the next one
u have to edit this dds file i give with PhotoShop and then Import it at LeFont-e.utx with UnrealEngine2 Editor and encrypt it!! that it
