[HELP] Server not available for external connections L2J

I can't configure the server so that people can connect to my server...

Ports can't be a problem since my firewall is off and router firewall is off aswell.

Help please?

use no-ip.com and remove firewall from antivirus

I'm using no-ip, no firewall in nothing not even using antivirus.
