Go to Enterprise Manager>ASD>charac0
You will information regarding the characters on your server here. You can edit the level of your character here.

There is no particular procedure for reset. You will have to write down your own script like the private server owners are currently doing it.

Write down your own script to set the level only back to 1 and then adding in 240 extra points.

ok, but as I adjust in sql reset?

You cannot automatically reset in SQL. You need to manually edit the values in the character table.

Otherwise you can write a program in C or VB to get the job done for you. There are a lot of SQL based VB scripts on the net that you can make use of.
