[SOLVED] Skill Prerequisites/Requirements Problem

Im having problem with the skill prerequisites/requirements in game. My character is just level 2 but can learn any skill using scroll bypassing all the required level and stats.

This is what my skill.ssf looks like ↓


but when I try to play in game, all the skills have no prerequisites/requirements. Please help.

nah, mine is 65535 65535.

I fixed the problem by downloading skills.ssf from another client and it is working fine now. Thanks anyway.
