[Help] Skills for certain weapons L2J

Hello all!

I just started my own server and i wanted to know how can i make skills that only work for certain weapons (Dual Swords for example) work for all types of weapon?

For adding/changing/deleting stats you need to edit your xml files found in l2server/data/stats/weapons/xxx.xml and change them to what you like/need
