[Help] something wrong

Hello, there is something wrong with my server. I have been doing everything by CO server creating guild. I am using release 3 source. When i log in i pick like trojan chose name like tommy and when i chick error wich tells error conn with server. And when I log in again account is created with name selector. But there is nothing on the map. Just Twin city look and nothing. commands dont work and i am not the GM but i typed 8 where i have to. what is wrong?

it is an old bug it has to do with packetbuilder.cs go to link removed i would go there and get it for u but i got banned once their go to help section and look for selector.

Oh, i have found it. But now another problem. where is packethandler.cs ?? i can fint it eanywhere..

I use the db wich was given on the revision 3 link. source and db download. So how do i open the .cs files? I have visual C# but I cant open the .cs's... seen a screenshot with that program, but i dont get it how to see containing exe files, well i can see, but cant edit. Eany help?
