[Help] Sql script innovative! Read this!

Hello guys!
So... I was looking for a script what can do this:
"Change a quantity of certain itens by LEVEL and ZEN"
Seems a quest...
So, this script will be used in the SQL (schedule), to work as a script of reset.

This script can be used in variables levels..
Example:
"(Quest lvl 200) 20 Blood Fang +3"
Reward: 1,5kk and 10 levels!"

Example two:
"(Quest lvl 300) 40 Devis Eye +4"
Reward: 3,5kk and 20 levels!"

and more for diferent levels...

who can do this?
