auto deletion of inactive accounts

coz the one on the sticky got a problem im using a sql 2005

anyone, pls help me... me char in my server is getting tired so fast... the link from aluyxxxx from rapidshare is not working... the file become default.charlass.rar... or, me dunno to add??? pls some one tell me.. or give me the new link plsss....
