[HELP]SQL Server Service Manager not starting

I restart my PC and SQL Service Manager not starting automaticaly .
I try to change option for starting automaticaly when OS Starting , but nothing.
I use MSSQL Server 200 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 .
Please Help me .
Sorry for my bad English , but I'am from Bulgaria.

have you try to start it manually? if still not working you have to reinstall sql and attach the database again so that data will not be lost

I try to start it manually and not working
Are you shure any data will not be lost ?
And have any fix for this ( i have this problem 5 - 10 times and not find any fix anywhere ) .

yes same as i am because sql 2000 have expiration(evaluation) you have to reinstall it for me it happens many times but nothing is lost its up to you if you know how to restore the old database that has lots of account and characters

I attach database and reinstall sql and al its OK
