look wan ip can't be static. if u use router so when u close the router the ip will be different. if u use modem so every night it will be different or when u close the modem.
u can use no-ip.
no-ip: i dunno how to explain that for u XD
just do what i say to u.

no-ip:
1. go to the site: no-ip.com
2. register
3. connect into the account u created
4. press add
5. now. in hostname write what do u want (my is "gtn") for explain you so the host name will be "blabla".... then write there blabla

6. now click the no-ip.biz & select the domain u want. (my is no-ip.org)
7. then roll down & u will see there create host. click it.
8. no u have new ip address: blabla.no-ip.biz/org/whatever...
9. for get the ip work so u need to download the softwere "no-ip"

10. install no-ip.
11. open the softwere.
12. now put the email address u put on the register on the web & pass.
13. after u got logining so put V on blabla.no-ip......

now the ip will be work.

if your ip will be changed so only open no-ip from the little icon next the lang bar. that all :P
