[Help]Stuck at logging in L2J

I can't connect to my own server D: when type my username and pw and hit enter im stuck at the waiting it never lets me on =[!
for my external ip i don't think its right either =/
i did the run>cmd>ipconfig
Ip Adress............... ************
subnet mask .......... ************
Default Gateway...... **********
which one do i use for my interal or external ip =[

use 127.0.0.1 (localhost)

i got the same thing even with 127.0.0.1

now i got it but it says bartz is offline with 9999 ping how do i fix that =/?

oh come on... if you can`t handle it (reading a damn guide and doing everything it says, and making a server), then it`s not for you

i already read the guide and some people have the same problem and i can't find a fix =/

1)make sure that your IP is right
2)check your firewall: if it`s on turn it off
3)check your ports: if some of the needed ports aren`t forwarded, then do it
