open it up..and it depends what u want to edit in the item table..

Depending on which version of Goatcheeze's editr you have,

If you have the new one open the editor and change the Encryption and Decryption to "Normal KO" in Edit menu

Open the Item_org_us.tbl with the tbl editor...

and start editting, heres a brief description of each cell;
