[HELP]V13 and this particular pserver

So IFlyff has released its client with working V13 files.

I was wondering if there was someone who could help me get the files for this so i can make my own server off it of.

It has ther res files and everything ijust need to learn how to use it

I found Twilights V13 pre-DB files but it's sql.txt lol and idk how to use it
