[Help wanted] Custom addon web site

I am going to set up a site where users can submit and download sql files for custom quest, items, and npcs. I was looking for some people who would like to help. I already have a dedicated server (professinaly hosted). So all I need is some people that would know a little about php, mysql, or even people that would like to submit there quest.
