I would recommend MuWeb 0.8.
Many people is using it. And its easy to add new features in.
Im using it myself.

yes i know web 0.8 but thats the prob that al people are using it T_T and im not a fan of it iim using 0.6 now but its getting old in my server and rising king template sith the 0.8 does not go well with IE it looks a liteleeish blue thats the prob..
