okey, short viwe of all programs i tryd whith no good results:
Apacher ( 45% ) Don't remember the wrong about it, it kinda just did not work.
Wamp ( 5% ) Can't oppen Apache survise.
Wamp5 ( 2% ) Can't oppen MySQl or Apache survice.
Xampp ( 75% ) Can't see Layout and Configs i made does not work even that they are made afther my MySQl and my friends can't see the page nether.
AppServ( or somthing like that ) ( 0% ) Does Not Work For Vista.
i think ther was like 1 or 2 more i don't remember, Xampp is so good that i can get the page up so i can see it whithout layout just look's like

and if i enter the acc info it says the same again and again, so, i looked in config and changed it so it conects to my MySQl DB i got and still it does not work, please tell me how to do cuz i geting crazy on this and ppl on the server whant a reg page and i start to think that my comp can't make one.
I need Help whith:
Get up a Website that works for me and my friends on the server.
Whith the Port Forward cuz i really sux on that.
What Program I shud Use.
And i got the Page files as .PHP If eny one got reg files in HTML i wuld be verry thank full =)
