[HELP]What do i do so that other people can play on my server?

So i made my server and i successfully logged in and stuff, and now I want my friends and my bro to play on my server. How do i send them to server download?!?!?!!?

ALSO!!!! what does it mean to compile a source? THANKS and how do i compile my Fullserver v.76 folder?

can you help? so i put the coding for the /go commands in my /WorldServer/gmcmds.CFF(or something like that) and the /go commands dont work in game -.- what i need to do?

and what do i do so that my friend can join my server? how do i make a downloadable launcher for my server?
