[Help] Where to get monster and shop codes for 97d+99item server?

hi all can any kind hearted person tell me where to get 97d+99items shop item code and how to make the monster spawn dun move untill players go to them?

As i made a hot spawn the monster will move around untill very far how do i make the monster to move around the spot? can anyone help me please
