That's a stupid rumour, stop passing it on, the only server that was ever brought down from us is DrakoMS and even that was not brought down by us but by nexon directly.
Get your facts straight before you say dumb things.
And yes, Maple-Hosting provides full administrator access including RDP and Plesk.
