Whats wrong? my ports are open and i followed excacly the guide. Why i cannot connect to the server?

Why use such sophisticated technology, if you can just add to the
"\WINDOWS\ system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
line

Or if your using the same computer (which isn't really recommended) or a computer in the same house hold change the server addr to ur LAN instead of WAN

Because your login server is waiting to hear from your client in 192....... ip not the other one that the gameserver wait.
