Help with bug

When i log on to my gunz and slect my carcter h walks of screen then nothink happins i can move mouse but my carcters walked of screen and now i cant do eny think... and if i make arcter it sez some think like mogus=0or some think made... can some 1 help me fix this?

and mabey explain mrs unpackin and packin lol >.<
