Help With Hosts ! Plz!

Please i need a good free host for my site for my muserver...

We need a host that has:

*PHP, MYSQL & ASP Support
*FTP Uploading
*At least 100mb Web Space
*At Least 1GB Bandwith
*Free Subdoman/doman name with the host... ([username].[host].com/net/whatever) ect.
*At Least 99% Uptime

Plz dont tell me Shyper, because they have 70% uptime :S

i suggested mental and krystal hosting because they are very good value for money

I must be cheap, for you see, i have no credit card, nor a bank account could mental maybe spare just 100MB for me? i will be more then happy to have a ragezone popup or add.. If its ragezone, then im cool with having ads on every page... Thx in advance to MentaL
