Help With Mangos Accounts

Can anyone tell me how\where can i make new accounts or make already existing accounts ADMIN accounts ... i've made 1.12.1 Server with MANGOS
Please help me because i will broke my comp soon :hands: :throw:

Do it in the accounts table in the realmd database
