Help with Plc set

Hello guys, the plc itens of sin, tamer and wizard in my server dont have the purple atribute of increase damage like in TO that each sin PLC item have around 41 lightning damage increase, can someone help me answering me how to add this bonus im stuck on that for like a week and i didnt figure out how to fix this. sorry for my english i know its poor :/
