Help with rates

Hi I made a Server with MySQL and Navicat and I'm using the data files of

I changed my config.ini to

It doesn't show me the right welcome msg and the monsters don't drop so rates don't really work, also getting normal xp not 1000 x . Root has no password so I didn't insert one there, I also tried without root also doesn't work. Does it matter were the file folder is ? I got it on my desktop.

Anyone has ideas ?

try putting it on 999 maybe thats the max...

Nope still doesn't work tried it with 99 , could u or some1 else send me the config ini in the rose folder, pls?

My it be because of the worldserver.conf?

It had the old configs.

//FIXED : Works now had to change the worldserv.conf, too.

What item type should I type in? Because mostly the drop zully or return scrolls.

U don't need to fill in config.ini fill in worldserver.conf
