[Help] With Register Page Connect With Other People

I Made a Register Page Yesterday. I Made The IP To My Hamchci IP. I Give My Friends My Hamchci Network and Password The Give Them The add to register. My friends couldn't see The Register Page Why? My Hamchci ip was blocked?
