help with server

hello, does the server files be able to run under windows 7 ? i am going to switch servers files over to another rig can anyone help me make the transfer thanks .

It can if you backup the db to 2017 since 2019 isnt supported in windows 7

greetings i tested window's 7 but seem the issue is if 64 bit or not , fail to install the sql , not compatible i rolled back to even 2014 but not had luck to install it yet ..3 of my servers seems crash 3 are up , firewall is down but i not sure if need set those inbound rules ? or port ? i am rusty i not done any DN development recently, ok so village server and master server seem ok why other crash ?i only restore the DB not attach it , i see the log says cerate DB fail not connected to membership??? ,and not connection to the sqL
