Watch this video someone can explain to me what i'm doing wrong?
sizes of photos are same css/css.css there is everything good

#header { background: url(../images/header_bg.jpg) no-repeat; height: 268px; padding-top: 160px;}

names are same also i tryied restart xampp/refresh​

Cache problem, just delete the history of your browser (at the option of cleaning history also our Images and cookies). You can open history clean by hit Ctrl + H
