He refer to Clan System when he talk to npc and only appear these text "Connecting to the server" and nothing happening more.. but he has all configured. I think that's what he wanted to say..

does it freeze there?
norm when gets stuck there afta a while goes to error 57 which is blocked connection.

Well, the screen will freeze if you are in use of Hamachi.
Make sure that you have open port 10009 and 10007 (If you're using a router) If not, just open port 10009 (the broadband port)
