hi, problem with words

hi, my RO words have a problem...
eg.
Soldier skele card<----name..(this one fine)
then when i right click to view its description..
it gave jumbled up letters which i dunno how to read...its in english though but the letter give anyhow

it means it in korean you k\just dont have korean language pack
