High Quality Price Gouging at Circuit City.

Indeed. I decided to go into Circuit City, to see what their prices for Xbox 360's, and laptops were. (For the liquidation sales) Needless to say, I was rather...amused. Circuit City price gouged. Real nice sale there.

Examples:

Xbox 360s (Marked off as 60% off)
 
Elite: $427.95 (Up nearly $30 from MSRP)
 
Arcade: $239.95 (Eh. Almost $50 increase.)

Laptops:

Pretty much, all I could see, was either junk, or "I could find better at Best Buy" deals.

To summarize this thread, I would like a discussion on WHY CC is price gouging, and what you guys think about it. The only good deals were iPods, which were marked off 30-50 dollars, from Newegg and Best Buy.

A buddy of mine got a 360 elite for $150 at a circuit city in dallas.

I got Lost Odyssey (A 60 dollar game), for around 20 bucks.
I got the GH package (Game + Guitar), which is usually around 100 bucks, for around 50.
