Did you try to use the potion of honor on a different character? i dont know, but maybe your character has a modified honor by DB and that is the problem.

I tried all class and create new account with all class too but still same

Ye there is trigger since i had same problem in stored procedures to avoid HR hack... just go to triggers and remove it so it should work without any problems

SQL Server > database > Server01 (or however u called it)> and i think it is in dbo.cabal_new_character_data or dbo.cabal_character_table > expand it and u will see triggers there
