Hosting own singleplayer server

I'd like to host my own singleplayer server and play Kal Online by myself, with or without bots, that does not matter.

Is there a guide to set this up? An up to date guide?

You cannot put bots, they need to be coded, but to setup a server, I can help with it, but it will cost some money, because it will take time to prepare you everything.
