Go to your Clan thingy on the bottom left screen, right click your name and disband

First of all, get the CLID, it's in the Clan table.

Then execute

DELETE FROM Clan WHERE CLID = 'number';
DELETE FROM ClanMember WHERE CLID = 'number';
