How do I do this stuff?

Well, as you can see in the back, the line stuff, how do you do that?
I haven't seen any tuts teaching that or scanlines.

Edit: oh yeah, and also i tried google, didn't help, not scanlines, but the image.
it would be nice if you can supply me with these 2 tutorials.

Scan lines you should just create a 2x4 pixel document, and color the top half of the canvas black. Then go to to Edit > Define Pattern and name it scan lines. They will be horizontal, not diagonal though. I'd search google for diagonal scanlines... but there used to be a tutorial on RaGEZONE. I think it got deleted though.

To make diagonal scanlines, make a 3x3 pixel document and place the pixels as the following:

--x
-x-
x--

or Reverse it.

Then just (edit->Define Pattern)
