How do i find the coords to put mobs?

Im trying to add mobs to D5 tower, however i do not know how to calculate the coords to add to the enMonster...can anyone tell me how? please n thankyou <3

/coordinates " To Get The Coordinates"

Ex Coordinates is : X=117579 Y=36955 Z=28986

We Need only X AND Y :
X1=117579
