How do I get a Signature over 19.kb?

Lots of people have a Signature over 19.kb! when I try to put a signature over 19.kb it won't let me! It says Note:The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). Please if you help me it would be Greatly appreciated and i will help you with any of your problems And also you are probably thinking I am a Noob and the answer to that is yes I am a Noob to RZ:sweatdrop
