how do i get new skills?

my server is running on 3.8 right now but how do i get the new 3.9 skills?

You need to find the 3.9 updates .. when expanded .. one is for server (data folder) and the other is for the client ... if you've modified anything special in your existing data folder for the server .. ensure you make a backup copy of it or rename it before you update ...
Or you'r edited work will be lost .... 8)
