How do I? Private to Public (Internet or LAN)

I have looked at numerous guides on here and read up all over the internet through google and have found nothing to help me get my server online is there any other guide out there that will put my mangos server online or at least make it LAN capable, I'd like to get all my computers connected to my wow server but I am not so sure how to accomplish it . Any help is appreciated.

Just change all ip's to your WAN (internet) IP. If you have a router then forward ports.

i went into my realmd.conf and mangosd.conf and sqlyog changed the ip's all to my ip but the server won't boot up now... i read somewhere it needs to be 127.0.0.1 or else it cant connect to the database.. i am really new to this and i appreciate any help i can get

The database IP has to stay 127.0.0.1. But the ip in the realmlist table has to be your WAN ip.
