how do i set up Abyss Webserver?

im now allmost done with the register script, i now need to host the file from the server computer, but ive never used a webhost program before.

ive downloaded abyss webserver

what do i need to do in order to get it to work?

ive set up the server my self now, but i need to know what TCP and UDP ports the router must have open in order for others to connect to the website
