How peapols connect to my server?

page...So my server works fine and i can join.. i use the verison 128 rose and when i start game i use Rose launcher But what i wana know is how peapols can join it..

And extrackt i Rose online evolution folder and then it comes a "lconfig.nhd"
and a launcher...right click "lconfig.nhd" and you will see this

Server=127.0.0.1
HTTPReg=yourwebcms.com/register.php
HTTPNot=yourwebcms.com

Remove yourwebcms.com/register.php AND yourwebcms.com
and server=ip shoud be 81.227.169
Now save and click on launcher and test login(WHEN YOU HAVE ACCOUNT)
you need rose verison 128...
THATS MY THEORY!!plz post back if im wrong
