srry for my noob knowledge in rose online because just manage to set up my sever ......and where is that file ???

its in the map: data of your server map
you ahve to find the npc number who sells the arrows, then add the id of the storm arrows into it.
you have ot do the same thing to your client, with a vfs vieuwer>extract file somewhere>open with stb editor, then edit the same things. then place that file into
rose online folder\3ddata\(newfolderSTB
then should work.

3ddata/STB use VFS viewer or VFS Next Gen to open and extract the file then after u edit it, replace inside de 3ddata.vfa and will be fine, do it in your client and server files.

i dont get the STB reader. In the start I get only ??????? and when I scroll down, I see numbers, but I don't know what to do with it

Thats right you will prolly see alot of ?????????
So you have to figure what npc is and change which items you want him to sell .
is not that hard, good lucky
