How to add shops on LOTF source

Can anyone please tell me where I can add shops.

u have to make an npc and add it in the source and database

I have already added the npc in the database and shop.dat and everytime i try to open the shop on game it opens, has no items and says Cannot found shop Id and Please select shop first. If i have to add it to project can u please tell me in which file I should look for it?
