how to change character after reset and grand reset?

Hello
i have a bug reset in event map (blood,devill,eventmap...vv), How to change character after reset and grand reset?

ex.I want the player to change characters before being reset,If player don't change his'scharacter, he won't be able to reset.Or enter /reset command and later change the character, then enter the game and the reset command will work,The purpose is for the character to move back to reset in Lorencia

its not an easy thing to think of, u are using what season 18? if its free files, and there is no config setting in Any files then it will be impossible..... i dont think sql coding can make your character 'move to lorencia' once player write /reset thats abit weird to think of sql commanding and managing the players like that, the only way it will work is if player go offline then player do reset then = move to lorencia 0 120 120 coords for example, that maybe work, but they must reset then from website cuz offline, meaning when player do reset on web and count = +1 = sql checks that reset is +1 and when entering the character it should update the map and coords (the sql script) its still abit waste of time that ur filees dont have config to move back to lorencia when reset
