How to change font of teleporter? (Chinese to English) L2O

My server got chinese teleporter font.

if my client is chinese version, i'll see chinese font like this.

if my client is english version, i'll see minus symbol(-) like this.

I would like to see the name of town in the list in English. How to change it?
