How to change npc/mob lvl in antrix?

Really need help i have tried pretty munch everything and i still cant get it to work!

for mob creations i kinda doubt it even though it sounds like a great idea

um i think if you wanna change a mobs level you would problably go to your SQL and go to you Creature_Proto tables and change it manually from there i THINK i dont remember really
